| Bio: | I escaped the fiery pit of hell that is Orange County after graduating from Aliso Niguel High School (2004) and thankfully made it to UC Berkeley where I've been a Philosophy/Classical Civ student ever since. I love the Bay Area! Nothing offends me more than social, political, and musical ignorance. I get lost in moments and often miss people the minute I say goodbye. I have extremely long blonde hair, I'm the sole surviving liberal to come out of my high school (except my Anarchists...they're still around!), and I truly believe that I was meant to be born in the 1960s. I'm the biggest Radiohead fan you will ever meet -- I head the Radiohead DeCal class here at Berkeley. I love people, I love music, I love comedy. I've played the violin since I was 9 and self-taught guitar since I was 14. There's a lot that I couldn't have survived if I didn't have my friends and my mom. :) The story behind my user name "theheadofradio": I can name a song based on bass line, drum beat, applause in the background, 3 seconds or less of guitar/singing...my passion is music and I hope to someday have a radio show here in San Francisco: live 105 and 107.7 the bone are both OKAY but I think we need a little more variety than bland KROQ evolutions. Also, I'm obsessed with Radiohead, or in Yoda speak, the Head of Radio. :) Favorite Music: RADIOHEAD, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, The Smashing Pumpkins, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Rising Dissent, Life Alert, Otis Redding, Mad Season, the list goes on forever!! (basic musical genres: early 90s rock/alternative, punk, indie, classic 60s/70s rock, whatever genre Radiohead falls in to, classical music). | |||||
